Enjoy Your Purchase with Peace of Mind at Qbrand
All of our products are carefully selected and inspected for defects before delivery. We offer only original products, and you are protected in accordance with European retail regulations.
Additional Assurance with the Qbrand Warranty Card:
In addition to any manufacturer warranty, our products come with the Qbrand warranty card for EU consumers. If any issues arise, you can immediately contact our customer service team, and we will work towards a solution.
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, depending on the nature of the problem.
Your Warranty and Our Warranty:
- Each product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, and issues arising under normal use.
- In addition to our warranty, you can always claim any manufacturer warranty, especially if it offers you additional benefits such as an extended warranty period or different terms. Please refer to the manufacturer's terms and conditions for this.
- Our warranty complies with European legislation for registered retailers and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Our warranty applies only within the European Union. For consumers outside the EU, the manufacturer's warranty and the applicable terms will apply.
- Your proof of purchase/receipt is your legal warranty. Our warranty card or the manufacturer's warranty card serves as proof of ownership and contains contact information. We recommend keeping both the purchase receipt and the warranty card in a safe place.
Warranty Procedure:
For warranty claims, please follow the instructions or contact details on the warranty card. You may contact Qbrand directly or the manufacturer.
Clearly describe the issue, possibly supported by video material. Then, include (a copy of) your proof of purchase and the warranty card in your communication.
We will then assist and advise you on the next steps.
If the warranty claim is approved, the product will be repaired or replaced, depending on the problem. Any consequential damages are not covered by the warranty.
Repairs will always be carried out by our contracted expert repairers or the manufacturer, with the remaining (manufacturer) warranty period preserved.
Our trusted repairers are typically authorized by the manufacturer to perform repairs, ensuring a quick resolution.
General Information:
The basis of our warranty is customer focus, mutual understanding, and trust.
A legitimate claim will be resolved without question, and we will cover any shipping costs involved.
In case of doubt, we kindly ask for your understanding and respect for both your and our rights and obligations according to EU consumer law. You can consult these laws at www.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
